I absolutely loved my treatments at TC Medispa! The team were so lovely and very accommodating to my limited available time. I left feeling on cloud nine after a beautiful massage and facial. Best treatments I ever had. Fantastic technical skills equipment and products, combined with brilliant social skills. I visited TC Medispa recently and I have to say it was truly worth the journey. I had an amazing massage with Elina, and pain free laser treatment with Tiffany – loving the results!!Both therapists were very professional and accommodating, the salon is absolutely immaculate and tranquil Salon owner Helen is amazing!! I would normally go to Knightsbridge for my salon treatments, however I’ll certainly be going back to TC Medispa again… and what’s great is that it’s only 30mins from Waterloo station…x Mrs Arn. At TC Medispa I know I am and have been in very safe and skillful hand within an environment that affords both caring and nurturing treatments. TC Medispa’s approach is holistic, sincere and prescriptive and has and continues to address my specific needs and I have received optimum results that addressed my concerns. Whatever treatment I have had I have emerged feeling refreshed, de-stressed and totally revived.The staff are delightful, warm and welcoming and the elegance of TC Medispa reflects a spirituality and tranquility which is enhanced by its owner Helen and staff she employs.I (as a retired Therapist) can highly recommend TC Medispa for its professionalism and superb attention to detail from the moment one enters the salon. I am totally in love with TC Medispa my addiction to treatments is becoming slightly out of control. Helen is so wonderful at being extremely flexible when booking and changing appointments. Also her knowledge on skincare is so helpful when choosing products or treatments. I see Elina on a regular basis and she is brilliant at waxing. She’s very professional and has a great way of making you feel instantly comfortable. They have dealt with Covid 19 regulations very well, there is a good system of entering and temp checking. Wonderful, genuinely friendly team and fabulous treatments in a serene environment. Highly rate the whole experience. I had a skin tack on my eyelid which was causing issues with my line of sight. Elena removed it painlessly and without even leaving a scar. Delighted! I have since gone in for other treatments such as shaping and coloring my eyebrows and the service, friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, from Helen, the boss, to the newest therapist, is just as great as it was the first time i came here. Great service and friendly staff .I have been a customer of TC Medi Spa in Claygate for over 5 years. I have had many different treatments at the spa and the service is always of a high quality. The staff are personable and helpful- for example I had had a prior bad experience with waxing at another spa, so TC Medi Spa offered an alternative, explained how it worked and I’ve continued with it ever since. There are an extensive range of beauty treatments available and a wide range of good quality effective skin care products available to purchase. Ear Piercing. I had my ears pierced for the first time elsewhere and many years ago – they were pierced uneven and as a result I have never been able to wear studs. What a difference this time! TC Medspa does a great job from the moment you walk in. Great staff and a truly great rewards program. Combine that along with Alle program where you get unbelievable prices. I love TC Medi Spa. Helen, Martine and crew genuinely care for their customers and give honest straight forward advice bespoke to you. Nothing is too much hassle and everything is explained without all the usual fluff that comes from the beauty world. If you want great skin, great advice, to feel looked after and to be steered in the right direction in the world of skincare (which lets face it is a minefield!)
